Toril Community Cooperative respects your fundamental right to privacy, and we commit to protect your personal data. This privacy notice aims to help you better understand how and why we collect your personal information, the reasonable and appropriate measures we implement to secure that information and how we process that information.

Collection of Personal Information

We have access to/collect personal information that you voluntarily give us with your consent, as follows:

• Contact Number
• Address

Use, Disclosure, Retention, and Disposal

The information that we collect will be used to respond to your concern/s. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request and as permitted by applicable laws or regulations. Your information is stored and retained in our database for a reasonable period in accordance to the retention, storage and protection policies established by our Company. We ensure that the information we obtain are destroyed prior to disposal.

Your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• The right to know if your data is being processed or has been processed, what data is being processed, and for what purposes.
• The right to demand reasonable access to your data and obtain a copy of such data in an electronic or structured format.
• The right to object to the processing of your personal data, including processing for direct marketing, automated processing or profiling, and to dispute and correct inaccuracies and errors in your data.
• The right to revoke, block, remove, or destroy your data if it’s proven to be incomplete, outdated, unlawfully obtained, or used for unauthorized transactions.
• The right to damages sustained from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained data as well as damages from unauthorized uses of your data.
• The right to file a complaint.

Updates and Revisions

This notice is effective as of January 31, 2020. We will publish notice for any updates or revisions relating to our privacy policies and practices to comply with the regulatory requirements and to adapt to new technologies and protocols, to align with industry practices, or for other legitimate purposes.
